This Access Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. <br /> 12. The terms contained in this Access Agreement, including all Attachments to or <br /> referenced in this Access Agreement, constitute the entire integrated agreement between the <br /> Central Valley Water Board and AT&T Corp. regarding the subject addressed herein. This <br /> Access Agreement supercedes all prior oral and written communications, agreements and <br /> understandings of the parties. This Access Agreement may not be altered,modified or otherwise <br /> changed in any respect or particular whatsoever, except by a writing executed by the authorized <br /> representative of each party. <br /> I <br /> 13. This Access Agreement may be signed in multiple counterparts with the same <br /> effect as if all signatories had executed the same instrument. The parties hereto agree that a <br /> signature to this Agreement produced by facsimile transmission or other electronic transmission, <br /> such as a scanned pdf document sent via electronic mail,is valid and is as effective as an original <br /> signature. <br /> 14. The term of the Access Agreement is for two years from the Effective Date, <br /> unless otherwise extended by mutual agreement of the parties or terminated by the terms of this <br /> Agreement or by AT&T Corp. as set forth in paragraph 4. <br /> 15.
