Costs may include: corrective action costs; costs incurred for RB and/or local <br /> agency staff time; contracting costs; and costs incurred by the State Attorney General's <br /> Office for pursuing cost recovery. <br /> 4) You have been identified as an owner and/or operator of the USTs, which are the subject of <br /> the incurred costs or have been named as the RP for this site. For purposes of cost recovery, <br /> all RPs may be held jointly and severally liable for corrective action costs sought herein. <br /> This means that the SWRCB may collect the entire amount due from any one RP or from <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> Qa Recycled Paper <br />
