The discharge <br /> that is being cleaned-up occurred on or before May 2, 1992. The health <br /> concerns are being mitigated with the use of wellhead treatment consisting of <br /> activated carbon (GAC) units connected inline between the well and the <br /> residence. As you will see from the history below and by reference to Fund <br /> records, Claim No. 012522 neither the site nor the cleanup is abandoned.
