YOSEMITE AVENUE, MANTECA, <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> A. Preliminary Site Assessment Phase <br /> Contractor shall perform the following tasks. <br /> 1. Review files at the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) central valley office <br /> and attend a transition meeting. <br /> 2 Evaluate data for 75 on-site wells. <br /> 3. Perform a site visit and determine which wells are required to be monitored on a <br /> quarterly basis. <br /> 4. Set-up the project by obtaining survey maps and enters data into URS database to allow <br /> for cost effective and accurate reporting for future reports. <br /> 5. Conduct one (1) round of sampling and reporting from the 26 site groundwater <br /> monitoring and extraction wells as required by the RWQCB. <br /> 6. Submit six (6) copies of report of findings by documenting field procedures and sampling <br /> results for TPHg, TPH-d, VOCs, total lead, BTEX, fuel oxygenates, 1.2 — DCA, and <br /> PCE. <br /> 7. Prepare a new site assessment workplan to further characterize the lateral and vertical <br /> extent of the impacted groundwater. <br /> 8. Dispose of all waste purge water as per RWQCB requirements. <br /> B Soil and Water Investigation Phase NIC <br /> C. Corrective Action Plan Implementation Phase NIC <br /> D Verification Monitorinq Phase NIC <br />
