NONE OF THE CUSTOMERS INSIDE WERE WEARING MASKS. <br />***PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS." <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Upon inspection, the Manager on Duty (MOD) is wearing a face covering. <br /> MOD states that the facility has signage posted mandating customers to wear a face covering upon entrance into the facility. <br />Observed (at minimum) three signs posted in the facility at various locations: on the front door, at the cashier, and at the <br />walk-in cooler. Most of the customers entering the facility at the time of inspection were wearing face coverings, with the <br />exception of one (customer using ATM machine was in and out of the facility before contact could be made). <br />Report typed at the office 2:40-2:45p <br />No signature obtained / COVID-19 <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
