The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for Yardscape Construction Inc. as of September 15, 2020. Open violations from August 112020 inspection Violation #2 - Failed to initially complete and electronically submit a HMBP. The facility's business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#3 - Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. A Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#6 - Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. A site map was not completed or submitted as part of the business plan. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA".
