( Please see photographs attached as Exhibit 11 . ) Oily <br /> debris generated during cleanup was disposed of under Hazardous Waste Manifest <br /> 13185897FLE, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 9 . This issue has been corrected . <br /> 5. A drain pan containing what appeared to be oily liquid was observed beneath a pipe on vac <br /> pump #3 (IMG 6954 -55) . <br /> Response to Item #301 ( 5 ) : <br /> Owens promptly cleaned the area around Vacuum Pump 3 . ( Please see photographs attached as <br /> Exhibit 12 . ) The oily debris generated during cleanup was disposed of under Hazardous Waste <br /> Manifest 13185897FLE, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 9 . This issue has been corrected . <br /> 6. Visible discharge, staining, and used absorbent pads were observed on the ground around the <br /> base of the diesel belly tank (IMG 6964 - 6) . <br /> Response to Item #301 ( 6 ) : <br /> Owens promptly cleaned the area around the base of the diesel generator fuel tank . ( See <br /> photograph attached as Exhibit 13 . ) The oily debris generated during the cleanup was disposed <br /> of under Hazardous Waste Manifest Number 013185897FLE , a copy of which is attached as <br /> Exhibit 9 . <br /> 7. Visible discharge was observed coming out of a pipe, which was coming from the room <br /> containing the C3 basement vacuum . The discharge was falling onto the ground soil beneath <br /> the pipe. A large area of the ground soil was contaminated with the discharge . According to <br /> Bill, the discharge was vacuum pump oil. A drum of the oil was observed inside the room <br /> containing the C3 basement vacuum (IMG 6970-82) . According to Bill, the leaking machinery <br /> in this area would not be used until fixed, and he would have on site personnel begin the clean - <br /> up of the contaminated soil. <br /> Response to Item #301 (7 ) : <br /> This leak has been repaired and the soil contaminated by oil was excavated . ( Please see <br /> photographs attached as Exhibit 14 . ) The excavated soil was shipped offsite for disposal as oily <br /> debris under Hazardous Waste Manifest Number 013187875FLE, a copy of which is attached as <br /> Exhibit 9 . This issue has been corrected . <br /> 8. Oily staining and used absorbent was observed on the concrete pads beneath the machinery <br /> in C3 basement vacuum room (IMG 6982-88) . <br /> 6 <br />
