The 275 gallon tote of Regnis AC and the 275 gallon tote of Kleenoil 450 were observed in area D7 on the map on a secondary containment pallet. The drain of the secondary containment pallet was missing the drain cap ( IMG 6907 ) . The drain cap was replaced at the time of inspection . The following observation was made during the 2017 hazardous waste inspection , and has yet to be formally resolved : 1 . Oily spillage was observed in the Batch House area under a mixing equipment and inside the secondary containment pan located under the said equipment . The EH received a corrective action statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed on 6/ 13/2019 from Bill Boscacci . This issue has been corrected . All facility communications or alarm systems , fire protection equipment , spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required , shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of emergency . Immediately begin this practice . This was corrected on site . This is a repeat violation , Class II , 406 CCR 66261 . 7 Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being emptied . The following containers were found empty and not marked with the date they were emptied : 1 . A blue 55-gallon poly drum labeled as ChemTreat CL-2212 located in the basement area in the vicinity of the oil water separators ( IMG 6903-4 ) . 2 . A green 55-gallon steel drum labeled as Biosol 2000 Kleen located in the Forming area ( IMG 6905-6 ) . Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied . Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section . These empty containers were marked with the date they were emptied and placed on pallets outside and in front of the Blue Barn . This was corrected on site .
