Schulte Rd,Tracy <br /> Hello, Elianna <br /> Thank you for speaking with me and Bill Boscacci on Thursday about the subject inspection report for Owens-Illinois <br /> Plant#22 in Tracy, and specifically Item #s 502 and 503. Please let me know if you agree with our understanding below. <br /> 1. You are expecting a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form included with the subject report within <br /> 30 days of the amended report, or by July 21, 2019, with a statement documenting the corrective actions that <br /> have or will be taken for each violation. <br /> 2. In the returned form, corrective actions that have not been completed should be listed with a date of when they <br /> will be completed. <br /> 3. Regarding Item #503 for the two 1,000-gallon double-walled steel used oil tanks, since you have received tank <br /> integrity documentation,you are only looking for tank tightness testing certifications for these tanks to <br /> complete their tank system assessment and comply with CCR 66265.192. <br /> 4. Regarding Item #502 for the 1,550-gallon double-walled poly oily water tank,you are looking for a full tank <br /> system assessment to comply with CCR 66265.192. <br /> 5. Since all three tanks are double-walled, the secondary containment for the tanks themselves is adequate. <br /> 6.
