I received and reviewed the Return to Compliance information submitted on <br /> 7/19/2019. 1 have closed all except the following three violations,which require the following information for further <br /> review: <br /> 1. Violation 102-Submit a legible copy of manifest 013187875FLE, and submit a statement documenting which <br /> waste stream written on the manifest accounts for the green substance observed leaking at the time of <br /> inspection. Also, submit a copy of the lab analytical results for the off-white substances observed on the floor at <br /> the time of inspection. <br /> 2. Violation 502-Submit a schedule documenting when the tank assessment for the 1,550 gallon oily water tank <br /> will be accomplished, or submit the tank assessment if it is complete. <br /> 3.
