The study was performed
according to the requirements of Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County
Development code.
Proposed Development
Mr. Jimenez plans to expand the existing home so that it will have three bedrooms and
construct a new, five-bedroom home on the Site (Plate 2).
Site Description
The Site is composed of Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 193-330-37, 1.07 acres in
size. The Site is located at 124 West Briggs Road, Lathrop, California.
A house, a garage, and several sheds are currently located on the Site.
