The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for SAN JOAQUIN CATHOLIC CEMETERY as of Septemberl8, 2020. Open violations from August 17, 2020 inspection Violation #5 - Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. One 55 gallon drum of Thompsons Water Seal was found on site and has not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the END for approval. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #6 -Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. Emergency Shutoffs. 6. Access and exit points (structures). 7. Some information is not legible. 8. Map shows the gasoline tank has been removed vs. empty(tank not removed). A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually by January 15, for 2019 and 2020.. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year.
