r>� ELEVEn Resolution 4 : The Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form was uploaded into CERS on 02/28/ 2019 . Item 5 : On your inspection report you noted that the previous inspection report , which was due on March 4th, 2018 , was submitted on May 5th , 2018 . You noted that an operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken . Resolution 5 : In the past 7 - Eleven would communicate the status of repairs and other activities taking place in relation to inspection items noted which would be followed up by a more formal response once all of the items were corrected and documented . However, at the request of the San Joaquin County EHD, 7 - Eleven will now work to submit a response to any and all agency inspections issues within 30 days of receipt, even if there are items still needing to be addressed ( i . e . repairs requiring a permit ) , versus waiting for confirmation of closure of all issues . Item 6 : On your inspection report you noted that the Overfill protection test forms were not found onsite . You requested that the test forms be placed onsite . Resolution 6 : The overfill protection survey has been performed for all three tanks has been performed and all three tanks did not pass . Those reports have been attached to this report for your review and have been placed onsite . New drop tubes are needed to bring the site back into compliance and a permit application has been completed by Walton Engineering and submitted on 02/ 14/2019 . Item 7 : On your inspection report you noted that the fuel filters under the dispensers are not located to allow drips and leaks to drain back into the UDC . You requested that the underground storage tank system be retrofitted so that it can be operated to prevent unauthorized releases . Resolution 7 : Dispenser shields are on order and Walton Engineering will be installing them once the parts arrive . Walton Engineering will schedule a post- installation inspection once the work has been completed . This letter should address the item ( s ) noted on the Inspection Report . 7 - Eleven assumes that all issues regarding this report have been resolved and are closed at this time .
