Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. The documentation must include job title and <br /> written job description (qualifications and duties). <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66265.33 Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION: <br /> -The secondary containment for the new oil and used oil were observed with oily spills inside of it. <br /> -The secondary containment for the acetone was observed with acetone spill inside of it. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility spill control equipment shall be maintained as necessary to assure its proper <br /> operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the secondary containment into proper working order by removing the liquid in the <br /> secondary containment and placing in the proper waste container.
