The missing manifests are: <br /> 2019: <br /> -01853188JJK(4-16-2019) <br /> Please note:violation 110 was not corrected on site, a copy of the uniform hazardous waste manifest is still <br /> required. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br /> to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br /> for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in 2019. All consolidated manifest receipts for used oil for 2019 were not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate a copy of all consolidated manifest receipts for used oil for 2019. <br /> Maintain the records on-site for three years from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD).
