The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for Lane Masters/California Bowling LLC as of January 10, 2020. <br /> Open violations from October 25, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation#406 -Contaminated container not marked with date emptied or managed within one year of being <br /> emptied. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the site walk through 89 empty 55-gallon red and blue empty metal drums and 41 empty <br /> 250 gallon totes were stored at the back of the shop near the exit without being marked with the words "empty" and <br /> date emptied. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous <br /> waste must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 66261.7. Refer to this section <br /> and California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage <br /> within one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action <br /> statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#605 -Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the site walk through six 250 gallon totes of urethane sewage were stored near the back <br /> of the shop near the exit did not have any hazardous waste labels. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
