CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2000106 <br /> SARA LANTZ/ DILLON & MURPHY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No . PA-2000106 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on October 19 , 2020 , which is the effective date of approval . This approval <br /> will expire on April 20 , 2022 , which is 18 months from the effective date of approval , unless a Notice of <br /> Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed , if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors ' Act . <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment . <br /> 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ( Contact : [209 ] 468 -3121 ) <br /> a . APPROVAL : This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between three parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated July 30 , 2020 . <br /> b . NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT : A " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department . The legal descriptions shall be prepared , stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors ' Act , or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor .
