Denise retrieved the white container from the shelf for further observation (IMG 9532-5). The white container <br />was not labeled with the following information: the name of the generator, hazardous properties, physical state, <br />composition (contents), and an accurate accumulation start date. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner or operator shall inspect areas used for container storage or transfer, at <br />least weekly, looking for leaking containers and for deterioration of containers and the containment system caused <br />by corrosion or other factors. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately, begin conducting weekly inspections of hazardous waste containers <br />adequately.
