Denise retrieved the white container from the shelf for further observation (IMG 9532-5).The white container <br /> was not labeled with the following information:the name of the generator, hazardous properties, physical state, <br /> composition (contents), and an accurate accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The owner or operator shall inspect areas used for container storage or transfer, at <br /> least weekly, looking for leaking containers and for deterioration of containers and the containment system caused <br /> by corrosion or other factors. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately, begin conducting weekly inspections of hazardous waste containers <br /> adequately.
