The <br /> bag should be sealed , labeled with contents, and placed in the Propofol Hazardous Waste Container . <br /> The bag and cat litter can be reused for the specific pharmaceutical ( i . e . , propofol is the only drug that <br /> goes in the propofol bag ) until the litter is saturated . The empty sharp or broken glass bottle should be <br /> disposed in the sharps container . Solid pharmaceuticals should not be mixed with the propofol or other <br /> liquid pharmaceutical and kitty litter, but instead should be placed directly into a small sealable plastic <br /> bag ( 1 . 5 inch by 2 inch bag ), labeled , and placed in the Propofol Hazardous Waste Container . <br /> C .
