VIOLATION RESPONSES AND PHOTOGRAPHIC DOCUMENTATION Violation Code Description California Health Code 0102 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste . 166262 . 11 Violation : There was an open container holding ink cartridges along with six bottles of one liter WL- 200 being stored in the maintenance cage in the middle of the bottling floor . Correction : Advanced Chemical Transport (ACT) has profiled the ink waste as Non - RCRA hazardous waste . The plant is making arrangements to have the ink picked up for disposal by ACT. The six liter bottles of WL- 200 was not waste . The containers were improperly stored and placed back into the Parts Room chemical storage cabinet . Violation Code Description California Health Code 0108 Failed to complete , sign , or date manifest; or obtain 66262 . 23 ( a ) dated signature of transporter . Violation : Manifest number 0123289908FLE dated 7/30/ 2018 was incomplete . There were no waste codes or waste quantity written on the manifest for the antifreeze waste . Correction : A letter from ACT documenting the manifest corrections were made and the corrected manifest submitted to DTSC . See attached ACT letter . Violation : Manifest numbers 008038736FLE was found in the DTSC hazardous waste tracking system , but was not found on site . Only the generator copies could be found on site for manifest numbers 011046507FLE, 009901299FLE , and 008824040FLE . The designation facility signed copies were not found on site . Correction : Manifests 011046507FLE, 009901299FLE, and 008824040FLE were signed by the designated facility accepting the waste . The signed manifest are attached and all signed manifests from the designated facility will retained fora period of three years . Violation : Failure to comply with uniform hazardous waste manifest exception requirements . Generator copies of manifest numbers 011046507FLE, 009901299FLE, 008824040FLE were found on site, but without a of all signed off copy from the designated facility . Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off copy by the designated facility on site for three years and have them readily available for review . If the generator did not receive a copy of the manifest with the handwritten signature of the owner or operator of the initial transporter, the generator shall submit a legible copy of the missing manifest with some indication that the generator has not received Correction : Correction : Manifests 011046507FLE, 009901299FLE, and 008824040FLE were signed by the designated disposal facility accepting the waste .
