VIOLATION RESPONSES AND PHOTOGRAPHIC DOCUMENTATION <br /> Violation Code Description California Health Code <br /> 0102 IFailed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste . 166262all <br /> Violation : There was an open container holding ink cartridges along with six bottles of one liter WL- 200 <br /> being stored in the maintenance cage in the middle of the bottling floor. <br /> Correction : Advanced Chemical Transport (ACT) provided a separate container to store ink cartridges . The <br /> ink cartridges noted during the inspection on 12 September 2018 were placed in the container for <br /> subsequent disposal . The container was picked up for disposal at Yuma YES, LLC in Yuma , AZ on 7 <br /> December 2018 .
