The CWC and weight of eachmajor waste stream <br /> in Examples 5-1 and 5-2 are recorded in the respectivetables. <br /> • The processes, operations and activities generating the wastes, with corresponding <br /> block flow diagrams. An example format is suggested in Figure 2. <br /> • Constituents and their concentrations which cause the waste stream to be <br /> hazardous, when needed to evaluate and implement source reduction measures. <br /> 37 <br />
