The credit amount <br /> depends on the condition of the broken screens. To ensure maximum value is given for your <br /> broken and defective screens please ALWAYS follow the steps below: <br /> 1. BROKEN CUSTOMER SCREENS <br /> a. After installing a new screen on the customer's device, carefully place the broken <br /> screen into the packaging from the new screen you just installed on the <br /> customers device. Mark the outside of the of the package with E.0 — End User <br /> screen. <br /> b. Ensure the flex cables are not torn or pinched during this process as it renders <br /> the screen un-recyclable. <br /> z ON <br /> Example of Example of <br /> —.— End User OEM Packaged U <br /> Screen . ! Screens <br /> � U <br /> 2. DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION SCREENS <br /> a. Once the parts have been coded out of the system, they must be sent to Werx <br /> for review and analysis. This helps us identify root cause issues with defective <br /> parts so proper steps can be taken to prevent defective parts in the future. <br /> b. Place the defective partis in the original packaging and clearly mark the package <br /> with: DEF- DEFECTIVE PARTS <br /> 3. SHIPPING TO WERX <br /> a. PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE AT LEAST 10 SCREEN AND UP TO 200 <br /> SCREENS BEFORE SENDING BACK TO WERX <br /> b. Broken customer screens and defective/damaged during installation screens can <br /> be combined into the same shipment to Werx. <br /> c. Go to www.odrepairservices.com and sign in with <br /> Username: odsXXXX (5 digit store number) Password: ODtds10 <br /> d. Scroll down to the Part Return Shipping label section, enter your store <br /> number/weight of the box, click generate shipping label, and attach to box. Place <br /> at your ship center for pickup.
