All flappers were positioned at 94% capacity. <br /> 87 upper tube length - 56 1/8 inches <br /> 91 upper tube length - 53 3/8 inches <br /> Diesel upper tube length -54 1/8 inches <br /> Verified flapper functionality. <br /> No drain valves were installed in the spill containers. According to the technician, all Arcos are removing drain valves and <br /> providing a hand pump to the facility for daily removal of any liquids. Verified the presence of a hand pump at the facility. <br /> *Additional testing is required.* <br /> Fuel drop into the 87, 91, and diesel tanks is authorized only upon passing of all required tests conducted by a properly license( <br /> service technician. These tests include: verification of 5-gallon capacity and one-hour hydrostatic testing (or equivalent). <br /> Secondary containment testing of the 87, 91, and diesel tanks shall be completed after pouring of concrete. <br /> All test results shall be submitted to the EHD (ust@sjcehd.com). <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
