The followings were noted: <br /> • This 0.17 acre lot consists of a 3-bedroom single family residence.This property sewer is served by septic system and water is <br /> provided by private domestic well. <br /> • The ground water is 50'to 60' below surface. <br /> • The septic system was installed on 10/13/1960.This includes a brick septic tank, leach lines and one seepage pit 12' deep. <br /> • The existing seepage pit has root intrusion inhibiting proper effluent discharge. <br /> • The existing concrete cement brick septic tank shall be replaced. <br /> • The proposed repair area is in the front of the house with a new leach line and a 16' long,4' wide and 8' deep maximum. <br /> • The proposed repair area size shall be minumim 20%leach line and maximum 80%sump(section 9.11.2) <br /> • Area available area back of the house cannot be used as reapir because of the neighbor well at 4446 N.
