Good afternoon, I have amended your hazardous waste inspection report to include a violation for the modified contingency plan. Upon closer review of your emergency response/contingency plan uploaded on CERS, I observed the emergency coordinator does not have his last name listed.Additionally,the location of the emergency and spill control equipment listed on the plan does not include the location.To correct this violation please either 1) complete and post a modified contingency plan at the facility (a blank form is attached in this email) or 2) update the lacking information on CERS and submit the contingency plan with the required information.
