Immediately make a <br /> hazardous waste determination for the three unlabeled waste drums next to the used oil tank, and manage it <br /> according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. <br /> Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. Submit disposal <br /> records to the EHD if this waste is disposed of as hazardous waste. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 104 CCR 66262.34(d)(2)No modified contingency plan. <br /> There is no modified contingency plan. <br /> Facility failed to prepare a contingency plan. The owner or operator shall prepare a contingency plan designed to <br /> minimize hazards to human health or the environment from fires, explosions, or any unplanned release of <br /> hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water and immediately implement that plan whenever there is a fire, <br /> explosion, or release of hazardous waste which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately <br /> prepare a contingency plan and submit a copy to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 105 CCR 66262.34(d)(2)No emergency coordinator. <br /> No emergency coordinator is currently listed. <br /> An emergency coordinator is lacking. There must be at least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to <br /> coordinate emergency response measures, and the following information must be posted by a phone:the name and <br /> phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, <br /> fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint <br /> an emergency coordinator and post the required information by a phone. A form is provided that can be used for <br /> this purpose. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> There has been no CERS submittals. <br /> A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS)for the hazardous waste program has not been <br /> made. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new(or any changes to existing) <br /> hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
