There were two 55 gallon waste drums that were empty , but not marked with the date of when they were empty. Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the date they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied . Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section . This is a minor violation . 608 CCR 66266. 130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters . Vehicles are being maintainced by Diesel Performance , but maintenance receipts did not note the quantity of oil or filters that were being taken away. The receipts also did not note where Diesel Performance disposes of used oil and fuel filters . i Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site . A copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used oil filters for the last three years , maintain them on site , and submit copies to the EHD . This is a minor violation . 701 CCR 66273 . 32 (a ) UW handler failed to notify EPA RA and obtain an EPA ID # prior to accumulating > 5000kg of UW, More than 5 , 000kg of universal waste was accumulated without a federal EPA ID number. The USEPA Regional Administrator must be notified to obtain a federal EPA ID number prior to accumulating 5 , 000 kg or more of universal waste . Immediately contact the USEPA Regional Administrator and obtain a federal EPA ID number. This is a Class II violation . Overall Inspection Comments : The amended report replaces the initial report. Starting September 1 , 2018 , all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($ 152 ) .
