Immediately drain and containerize the used oil filters. Label <br /> container as Used and Drained Oil Filter and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. Ensure all used <br /> oil filters are properly disposed within one year. Keep disposal records for three years. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Waste streams observed: used oil, used oil filters, used absorbent, oily rags, car batteries, used antifreeze, <br /> parts washer waste. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator at the time of inspection.
