SANJ O 1` Q U I `IA,II, Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> VALLEY AUTO SALES 4071 N WILSON WAY, STOCKTON November 30, 2018 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> Several oil filters were found on drain pans. <br /> Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used <br /> oil filters,"and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately drain and containerize the used oil filters. Label <br /> container as Used and Drained Oil Filter and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way. Ensure all used <br /> oil filters are properly disposed within one year. Keep disposal records for three years. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Waste streams observed: used oil, used oil filters, used absorbent, oily rags, car batteries, used antifreeze, <br /> parts washer waste. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator at the time of inspection.
