I have reviewed the CalARP RTC.
Please see my comments below for each violation:
✓ Violations#504, 515, 517 and 521 will be closed upon receiving the supporting documents by
the proposed due date, 09/11/20.
✓ Violations#505, 523 and 525 are closed out.
✓ Violations#509 and 528 need supporting documents ( recommendations table with due
date/target dates). Work with RMP PSM solutions on recommendation tables for the
compliance audit and HR and send me a copy.
✓ Violation #701: The ER coordination letter to the fire department covers anhydrous
ammonia only; Aqueous ammonia/ammonium hydroxide was not addressed as another
regulated CalARP substance stored at this facility. Was the letter mailed certified or was
there any responses from the fire dept.?
I will review the HMBP RTC shortly and let you know if I need anything else.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you,
