The <br /> following containers were observed: <br /> -One red, steel, 55 gallon drum labeled"Used Motor Oil"and dated 7/15/18 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Satellite accumulated waste shall not be stored on site for more than 180 days after the <br /> container was filled, or a total of one year,whichever comes first. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste in compliance with Title 22 California Code <br /> of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the hazardous waste disposal record to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br /> were: <br /> -One steel, blue 55 gallon drum observed in the hazardous waste storage area on wooden pallets labeled "Full <br /> Used Hyd Oil"with the date"3/25/19"was missing the words"Hazardous Waste",the generator name and address, <br /> the physical property, and hazardous characteristics. <br /> -One steel, blue 55 gallon drum observed in the hazardous waste storage area on wooden pallets labeled "Used <br /> Hyd Oil"was missing the words"Hazardous Waste",the generator name and address,the physical property, <br /> hazardous characteristics, and accumulation start date. <br /> -One steel, blue 55 gallon drum observed in the hazardous waste storage area on plastic spill pallets labeled "Used <br /> Oil Full"was missing the words"Hazardous Waste",the generator name and address, the physical property, <br /> hazardous characteristics, and accumulation start date. <br /> -One green, steel, O'Reilly 55 gallon drum of unused diesel fuel in the hazardous waste storage area on plastic spill <br /> pallets was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> -One steel, blue 55 gallon drum of unused diesel fuel in the hazardous waste storage area on plastic spill pallets <br /> was observed without a hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
