SANJ O 1` Q U I `IA,II, Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> CDL TRUCK SOLUTIONS INC 22832 N HWY 99 , ACAMPO March 18, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> One tote containing used oil in the shop area and one 55 gallon drum of used oil paper filters in the parked truck <br /> trailer were each lacking a label. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Since it cannot be determined how long the tote containing used oil and the used oil paper filters have been on site, <br /> immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy <br /> of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> One 55 gallon drum of used metal oil filters in the parked truck trailer was found with out a label and accumulation <br /> start date. <br /> Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used <br /> oil filters,"and marked with an accumulation start date. Facilities that generate up to one ton of used oil filters per <br /> year may store the filters up to one year. Facilities that generate one ton or more of used oil filters may store the <br /> filters for up to 180 days. <br /> Since it cannot be determined how long this waste has been stored on site, immediately recycle used oil metal filters <br /> under a bill of lading and submit a copies of disposal receipts to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by April 18, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
