Onsite for a first routine Monitoring System Certification (post-UST <br /> installation) and a routine Underground Storage Tank (UST) inspection. All sensors (liquid, smart)were tested. <br /> Vacuum communication was observed on all piping. Spill containers (87, 91, diesel)were tested with passing <br /> results. Leak detectors (87, 91, diesel)were tested with passing results. <br /> ***This facility is not approved to operate. The following items on the approval letter must be completed: <br /> (7)a. An accurate and drawn to scale as-built drawing, which indicates the location of the UST system <br /> (underground storage tanks, piping, auxiliary and monitoring equipment)with respect to buildings or other <br /> landmarks, per CCR 2711(a)(8), must be submitted to EHD. <br /> b. Copies of any required installation checklists (tank, etc.) must be submitted to EHD. <br /> c. The designated operator(DO)training requirement must be satisfied, per CCR 2715(f). <br /> d. Submit to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)all applicable hazardous materials, <br /> hazardous waste, and UST submittals.
