There is a <br /> recorded Meth Contaminated Property lien that shows a cost but that was for the initial costs at the time of <br /> posting. The amount of EHD costs for this property to date is more than that shown on the lien document. The last <br /> invoice compiled for this property was from June 2010 and time has been spent on the case since that time. Lisa <br /> Vernengo will compile a current invoice of costs and send to you. <br /> This property is also posted as substandard pursuant to State Housing Law (in addition to the Meth Cleanup <br /> Law). EHD records a Notice of Violation document associated with this posting. I could not find the Notice of <br /> Violation in the file so we may have forgot to record it but will do so today. <br /> These documents are recorded as both an alert on the pending violations and that there are potential costs <br /> associated with the violations. <br /> I hope this answers your questions.
