The past due amount is <br /> $273.00. <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 8-5400, authorizes the County to recover all <br /> enforcement costs associated with the voluntary and involuntary abatement of housing code <br /> violations. <br /> Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code, Section 17992, any person who obtains <br /> ownership interest in a property where an order to correct a violation was recorded shall be <br /> subject to that order. <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 8-5401, describes the procedure by which <br /> a special tax is assessed to cover the unpaid enforcement costs, and is placed on the <br /> property tax bill of the affected parcel by the San Joaquin County Auditor. <br /> Please be advised that if payment is not received within thirty (30) days from the date of <br /> this letter, the EHD will proceed with the actions necessary to recover all costs of <br /> enforcement, as noted above. <br /> For information regarding options for payment, please contact Laurie Brown, Accountant II, at <br /> (209) 468-3447. <br /> For other information or questions regarding this letter, please contact Greg Oliveira, Lead <br /> Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3854. <br /> Rodney Estrada, REHS, Program Coordinator <br /> Housing Abatement Program <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />
