An inspection was last done on August 12, 2016 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by September 12, 2016. This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. This is a Class II violation. 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically. A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS) for the hazardous waste program has not been made. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to existing) hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca,gov. Be sure to include your hazardous waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required fields. This is a Class II violation. 301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. Dark, oily staining was observed on soil throughout the yard and on the ground in the shop. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean all stained areas, and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. This is a repeat violation, Class II, 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste. One white five gallon plastic bucket was observed containing oily saturated debris. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 505 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. The used oil tank in the yard was observd with a hazardous waste label missing the accumulation start date. All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words "Hazardous Waste" and the accumulation start date. Immediately ensure that all hazardous waste tanks are marked with the required information.
