This information was required to be submitted by September 12, 2016. <br />This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives <br />an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting <br />corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response <br />documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />119 <br />HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically. <br />A submission to the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS) for the hazardous waste program has not been <br />made. Beginning January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all new (or any changes to existing) <br />hazardous waste information online to the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca,gov. Be sure to include your hazardous <br />waste activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant activities and required <br />fields. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />301 <br />CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br />Dark, oily staining was observed on soil throughout the yard and on the ground in the shop. Facilities shall be <br />maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or <br />surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean all stained areas, and <br />manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation <br />explaining how this waste was managed. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II, <br />403 <br />CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br />waste. <br />One white five gallon plastic bucket was observed containing oily saturated debris. All hazardous waste containers <br />shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure <br />all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />505 <br />CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label stationary hazardous waste tanks. <br />The used oil tank in the yard was observd with a hazardous waste label missing the accumulation start date.
