If they are not determined to be hazardous, I need documentation supporting the non-
hazardous determination. If you are cleaning/reconditioning the containers, I will need a copy of the disposal record for
any rinsate or waste produced in the cleaning (can take to Household Hazardous Waste facility) or the containers may
be shipped to be recycled on a bill of lading (receipt for shipping a waste to be recycled).

The violations from your hazardous materials inspection must be corrected within 30 days of the inspection, by June
30th, 2019. In order for the business activities to be accepted on CERS, you must change the business activities to include
hazardous waste. If you are no longer storing or generating hazardous waste, you must update the activities within 30
days of the change. Please submit the return to compliance certification at the end of the inspection report to me once
all the corrections have been made.

The hazardous waste inspection report will be amended once your hazardous waste permit is issued. I will send you an
amended report at that time with the violations to be corrected and a return to compliance certification. This will be
sent to you by email and postal mail.

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me (209) 468-3562.

Best,

Christine Lawrence

From: Christine Lawrence
Sent: Friday, May 31, 2019 1:37 PM
To: 'vfurtado@fragservices.com' <vfurtado@fragservices.com>; 'jsilva11@aol.com' <jsilva11@aol.com>
Subject: Your recent routine inspection

Hello,

I have attached a copy of your recent Hazardous Materials inspection report and Hazardous Waste inspection report.
