Highly
advise providing doors with an auto-locking mechanism after they are shut, in order to reduce possible homelessness
interactions and provide the restroom key to paying customers only.
Observed no violations while on site.
Official inspection report emailed.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
44L
Received by: Name and Title: teri pacheco, rgm
EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)468-0337
FA0002522 C00051672 SCO04 02/27/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
