SAN JOAQUIN Environmental Health Department
C010NTY-
c n' Greotness grows herk;. Time In: 1:14 pm
Time Out: 1:56 om
Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
Name of Facility: BURGER KING#4861 Date: 02/27/2020
Address: 702 N WILSON WAY, STOCKTON 95205
Owner/Operator: HIGH ROLLERS INC. Telephone: (650)906-1264
Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00051672
DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint:
RESTROOMS ARE DIRTY AND DO NOT HAVE ANY SOAP. COMPLAINANT HAD TO ASK EMPLOYEES TO USE THEIR
HAND WASHING STATION TO WASH HIS HANDS.
VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7;
113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health
and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of
the food facility.
OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS
FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS
No Temperature Data Collected
NOTES
Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the complaint made. The manager stated having no knowledge of
the complaint but also added that a customer would not enter into the food preparation area to wash their hands due to
possible contamination. The manager continued to state that the restrooms are maintained on an hourly basis, however a log
is not maintained in order to verify.Advised a log being developed in order to ensure the restrooms are being maintained and
stocked on an hourly basis with a signature system to verify who did the service. The manager also stated that the homeless
population in the area has increased and has caused ongoing issues in regards to the restroom. The restrooms are locked
with a key, however customers don't always lock the door, which allows for the homelessness to enter the restroom to bathe
themselves, vandalize or steal the products that are stocked. The restrooms, as of today during my inspection, are maintained
andstocked with single use paper towels, soap inside of a pump dispenser and toilet paper inside of a dispensing unit. Highly
advise providing doors with an auto-locking mechanism after they are shut, in order to reduce possible homelessness
interactions and provide the restroom key to paying customers only.
Observed no violations while on site.
Official inspection report emailed.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
44L
Received by: Name and Title: teri pacheco, rgm
EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)468-0337
FA0002522 C00051672 SCO04 02/27/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
