All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and spoke with the manager about the fire in the facility. The facility is closed waiting for inspection from <br />environmental health. I was informed that the fired occurred on Sunday (1-2--21) at 12 or 1 pm. There are 3 fryers. One of on <br />the side caught on fire. The ansul system did not go off. The fire was contained with a hand held fire extinguisher and they fire <br />department arrived. The hand held fire extinguisher will be recharged today per manger. <br />All food that was open was discarded. There is no signs of smoke today. Floors are being cleaned. <br />Ok to continue operation. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
