The FRP complied with the remaining content requirements listed in CCR 66265.52 <br /> at the time of the inspection on 11/16/2011. A current copy of Stockton Terminal's FRP has been <br /> enclosed for your review. <br /> • Minor Violation#113—No Emergency Coordinator <br /> Please note that Appendix G of the FRP provides a cross-reference between hazardous waste <br /> contingency plan requirements and their location in an equivalent emergency plan(the FRP). <br /> More explicit verbiage has been added to Appendix G to demonstrate that the Qualified <br /> Individuals identified in the FRP are the Emergency Coordinators as defined in CCR 66265.55. <br /> • Minor Violation#117—Personnel Training Records Incomplete <br /> Hazardous waste management training was provided to Stockton Terminal employees on <br /> 12/13/2011.
