CS-2001699 <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke with Annette(acting manager)and Dan (harbor master). <br /> They believe that the complaint came from the restaurant tenant. <br /> Per Dan the he does not plan to use the barge as a bar. <br /> Dan states that he plans to rent the barge out for private events. <br /> I let him know that if there is any food or beverages that are served that he needs to submit plans to the EHD. <br /> Dan called the owner, Nancy,who I spoke with via telephone. <br /> Per Nancy there are engineered plans that have been submitted to the County Building Department for approval. <br /> Per Nancy plans have been submitted approximately 2 weeks ago to the Building Department and she does not have plans <br /> to serve food or use space as a bar at this time. <br /> I left my business card with Annette if she has any further questions. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by: Name and Title: discussed w Nancy, Dan,Annette, sig <br /> EH Specialist: STEPHANIE RAMIREZ Phone: <br /> FA0003163 C00052894 SCO04 11/04/2020 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
