The inside of the tank was not observed. The tank <br /> is new and appeared to be in good order. <br /> Results of Leak Test: No leak test was performed but tank was in use during our visit, No � <br /> visual signs of leaking were present <br /> Foundation : Tank installed on an epoxy- coated concrete slab -on -grade. There <br /> were no signs of settlement around the tank. <br /> Seismic Anchors : Seismic anchor brackets are anchored to the epoxy- coated concrete <br /> slab - on -grade.
