Notations: • Quote contains no radioactive disposal. • Profile acceptance and approval will determine final pricing. • You will be billed actual time and materials. • Invoice minimums are$325.00/each. • Transportation pricing is based on the Rocket Launcher fitting onsite; if the Bobtail Roll Off is required to relocated bin onsite for Rocket Launcher there will be an additional charge of $137.50 per hour;portal-to-portal. • There is a four-hour minimum for all dispatched equipment. • Per load pricing includes 1-hour onsite to load and 2-hours at disposal to off load. Any additional time will be charged at$137.50/hour. Assumptions and Conditions: • The disposal pricing as listed above is an estimate based on the information provided and will confirmed following receipt of a completed waste profile.
