Definitions. As used in this Agreement: <br /> (a) The term "Grantor" means the owner or operator who enters into this Agreement and any <br /> successor or assigns of the Grantor. <br /> (b) The term "Trustee" means the Trustee who enters into this Agreement and any successor <br /> Trustee. <br /> (c) The term "Beneficiary" means the State of California, Department of Toxic Substances <br /> Control. <br /> Section 2. Identification of Facilities/TTUs and Cost Estimates. This Agreement pertains to <br /> the facilities/TTUs and cost estimates identified on attached Schedule A.
