No drywells were identified on the subject property. <br /> 6.1.4 Source of Heating and Cooling <br /> Heating and cooling systems as well as domestic hot water equipment are fueled by electricity/natural gas <br /> provided by the Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E). The mechanical system is comprised of a split <br /> system with a central unit and interior air-handler and rooftop-mounted packaged electric/natural gas <br /> split HVAC units. Hot water is provided by individual natural gas/electric hot water heaters. <br /> 6.1.5 Wells and Cisterns <br /> No aboveground evidence of wells or cisterns was observed during the site reconnaissance. <br /> 6.1.6 Wastewater <br /> Domestic wastewater generated at the subject property is disposed by means of the sanitary sewer <br /> system.
