The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for HECTOR REYNOSO MOBILE SERVICE as of November20 , 2019 . Open violations from September 19 , 2019 inspection Violation #301 - Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste . OBSERVATION: The wash bay area on the west side of the facility was covered with heavy oily staining . REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the possibility of a fire , explosion , or any unplanned sudden or non -sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents to air, soil , or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately clean all saturated oil spots . Manage the waste according to Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste . Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned up waste . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : ❑ Supporting documents included E Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : z Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days . OBSERVATIOR The following hazardous waste containers were found on -site missing an accumulation start date : In the back storage area : -One blue 55 gallon poly drum containing diesel waste ( 1 /2 full) -One white 55 gallon poly drum containing diesel waste (full ) -One white 55 gallon poly drum containing used oil ( 1 /5 full) - Four black 20 gallon metal drums containing used oil (full ) -One truck oil pan containing used oil ( 1 /4 full) -Two black 10 gallon drain pans containing diesel waste (full ) In the wash bay , one 10 gallon drain pain containing used antifreeze waste (full ) REGULATION GUIDANCE: Agenerator of less than 1 , 000 kilograms of hazardous waste in any calendar month who accumulates hazardous waste onsite for 180 days or less , or 270 days or less if the generator transports the generator' s own waste , or offers the generator' s waste for transportation , over a distance of 200 miles or more , for offsite treatment, storage , or disposal , is not a storage facility if all of the following apply: ( 1 ) The quantity of hazardous waste accumulated onsite never exceeds 6 , 000 kilograms. (2 ) The generator complies with the requirements of 40 Code of Federal Regulations section 262 . 34 (d ) , ( e) and (f) . ( 3) The generator does not hold acutely hazardous waste or extremely hazardous waste in an amount greater than one kilogram for more than 90 days . CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations . Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD) within 30 days .
