The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not <br /> been addressed for VAN DE POL ENTERPRISES INC as of July23 , 2019 . <br /> Open violations from January 07 , 2019 inspection <br /> Violation #105 - Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan . <br /> The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD . On the 12/26/18 submittal it states that the 87 <br /> product and diesel product tank have VMI 2000 as mechanical leak detectors and VMI LD2000 for the 91 product <br /> tank. However, the inspector observed that the 91 product and diesel product tanks have Red Jacket FXIV leak <br /> detectors and the 87 product leak detector had VMI LD2000 The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS ) . Immediately log into CERS , make the necessary changes , <br /> and submit for review by the EHD . <br /> Violation #319 - No spill bucket, failed to contain 5 gallons , no means to keep it empty , or failed to be <br /> tested . <br /> The Diesel spill container failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons . All spill containers shall have a <br /> minimum capacity of five gallons . Immediately contact a properly licensed , trained , and certified contractor to repair <br /> or replace the spill container under permit and inspection of the EHD . <br /> Violation #320 - Failure to comply with the installation , inspection , or record keeping of the overfill <br /> prevention . <br /> Owners or operators of underground storage tanks that do not meet California Code of regulations , title 23 division <br /> 3 , chapter 16 section 2635 (c) (2 ) shall test overfill prevention equipment once by October 13th , 2018 and every 36 <br /> months thereafter; and within 30 days of the date of a repair . The site did not performed the testing by October 13th , <br /> 2018 however the service technician on site was able to conduct the overfill prevention equipment inspection today <br /> ( 1 /7/ 19 ) while the inspector was on site . Ensure to conduct overfill prevention equipment inspection within the time <br /> frame provided by the regulation and submit test results within 30 days of performing the inspection . Ensure a 48 <br /> hour notification is provided to EHD prior to conducting the inspection . <br /> The service technician on site was able to test the audible and visual alarm , however he was not able to verify that <br /> the ball float installed in all three tanks were in good conditions and in the correct location . Immediately repaired or <br /> replaced by a properly licensed , trained , and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD . If the failed <br /> component can 't be replaced immediately , there is a possibility that the Diesel product, 87 product, and 91 product <br /> UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> E Page 1 of 1 <br />
