Our septic systems receive
only sewage and our retention basin collects storm water only. We do not have any plans at this time to
discharge any industrial or commercial wastes in the future. All hazardous wastes are collected, labeled,
stored and disposed of per all current, applicable regulations.
Our current expansion plans for storage and processing facilities do not increase our hazardous waste
generation, collection or disposal. We do not have any plans to generate hazardous wastes beyond what we
currently generate at this time.
If plans for future hazardous waste generation, collection and disposal change, we will do our best to comply
with all applicable regulations as that time.
If you require any additional information on this or related issues, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Bill Johnson
Vice President of Administration
Valimet, Inc.
VA LIMET, INC.
Customized Metal Powclers
P.O.
