Mr. Debenedetti <br /> indicated that his waste hauler will be picking up this container during the next hazardous waste pick up. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br /> must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR) section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers(larger than five gallons in capacity)which previously <br /> held hazardous materials/wastes with the date they were emptied; these containers must be managed within one year <br /> of that date. Manage the above container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7.
